SETH ROGERS

Life Story

I was born in Gainesville, Florida and grew up in a rural Northern Florida. I made a profession of faith at a young age but had shallow faith until college.

It was on my nineteenth birthday that I re-dedicated my life to Christ. Over the next year I lost 180 pounds and gained a deep relationship with Jesus that I so desperately needed.

After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Agricultural Education and Communication with a specialization in Leadership Development I started a career in sales in the insurance industry.

It was during my first year of work that I met Megan. She is an amazing woman of God that I truly cherish and certainly do not deserve.

After marriage, I earned a M.S. in Management with a Human Resources Concentration from the Florida Institute of Technology. During that time I have stayed in the insurance industry as a sales manager before switching to my current position as an instructional designer. Now I help to research, create, and deliver complex information to over 1,500 professionals in a corporate environment.

Outside of work I serve as a campus lead and elder for Centerpoint Church, http://www.centerpointfl.org, in Valrico, FL near Tampa Bay.
